Eligibility: a. This offer is not applicable to users residing in Maharashtra and Kolkata. b. The "Free Portfolio Shoot" offer is available to users who upgrade their plan to a minimum one-year paid membership on the website. Offer Duration: a. The "Free Portfolio Shoot" offer is a limited-time promotion. The exact start and end dates will be determined at the discretion of All Talent and will be communicated to the users. Booking Process: a. To avail the free portfolio shoot, users must upgrade their plan to a one-year paid membership and enter the promo code "FREEPORTFOLIO" during checkout. b. Users will be responsible for scheduling their shoot directly with All Talent, subject to availability. Availability: a. The availability of the free portfolio shoot is at the discretion of All Talent, including the availability of photographers, dates, and times. b. The free portfolio shoot includes an outdoor shoot including headshots with a total of 5 edited pictures. Services Included: The free portfolio shoot includes the following services: a. Professional photographer: A photographer who will capture the portfolio shots. b. Outdoor Portfolio Shoot including Headshots: The shoot will take place outdoors and will include headshots of the model/actor's face. c. Edited pictures: 5 professionally edited pictures from the shoot will be selected and provided. d. Raw Pictures: Users will receive 30-50 compressed raw pictures with All Talent Watermark capturing various poses and angles during the shoot. c. Professional Editor: A professional editor will be assigned to provide editing services for the selected pictures, ensuring high-quality enhancements and adjustments. One-Year Paid Membership Benefits: By upgrading to a one-year paid membership, users will also receive the following benefits: a. Dedicated Talent Manager: Dedicated manager to provide personalized support and guidance throughout the membership period. b. Premium Support: Priority access to customer support for any queries or assistance. c. No Limit on Job Applications: Users can apply to an unlimited number of job opportunities available in the Jobs section during their one-year membership. d. Approved Talent profile: Talent shall complete all the required fields in the Talent Profile and upload the edited pictures from the Free Portfolio Shoot and/or other professional pictures to request Talent approval. Modifications, Cancellations, and Rescheduling: a. Users cannot modify or cancel the free portfolio shoot once they have availed the offer. b. Users will not be able to reschedule the shoot. Any requests for rescheduling will be at the discretion of All Talent and subject to availability. Requirements and Restrictions: a. All Talent will not provide makeup or outfit changes for the free portfolio shoot. b. The member must proactively coordinate with All Talent to schedule the shoot and must bear all expenses related to travel, accommodation, and meals. Intellectual Property: a. By participating in the free portfolio shoot, users grant All Talent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs for promotional purposes. Liability and Indemnification: a. All Talent will not be held liable for any damage or harm suffered by the user during the shoot. b. If the user causes any harm to All Talent's property during the shoot, they will be required to indemnify All Talent against any resulting damages or losses. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
